CollectIV Bio Wellness offers, Member-only, laboratory services during the week. This service includes individual’s lab order & cost through Quest Diagnostics, lab draw, and lab results.
Cost is just $99 and covers CBC, CMP and Vitamin D.
*This service does not include consultation to review lab results.

Lab Fee | Outside Lab Kits $35
Bring in your lab kits that your local or remote providers have ordered for you, and we can draw your labs! We will draw and spin labs (if necessary). We will then give you your vials and you will ship them off as directed! $35 for the first 1 to 2 vials drawn, $5 more for each additional vial drawn. Ask about an IV discount offer for after your lab draw (10% off!)
