Pre-Book: As a Member you have the advantage of pre-booking your services. Book online or with the help of our front desk!
Banking Infusions: Members are allowed up to ONE banked infusion. If you find yourself missing more than 2 months, freezing the membership is recommended. As a member, please watch infusions and contact us to freeze. *Banking of HBOT sessions is not permitted.*
Late Cancel/No-Show Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Late Cancel and/or No-show will incur a $25 fee.
Pause/Freeze Policy: Freeze available for the following situations, but not limited to: pregnancy, moving, military, travel, or other life events. Freeze available up to 3 billing cycles. Your Membership will automatically re-activate after set time.
Cancellation Policy: We require 28 days notice for cancellation of memberships to avoid another billing cycle. Also, if auto-bill fails due to credit card decline, the member has 15 days to correct or membership will be canceled. A member can rejoin at current Wellness Member price.
